Payment
Payment is to be submitted via paypal before I begin work on each piece. If payment isn't submitted within 24 hours, orders will be canceled.
For local orders, payment is due upon pick-up or delivery.
Shipping
I ship USPS priority mail. I chose this method as it is the best route to ensure the bows and tutus don't go through too much squishing from my house to yours! Insurance is available on packages at the cost of $1.70 at the request and payment of the purchaser. If you do not insure your packages and they are lost, it is not at the responsibility of myself.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of my products returns are accepted on a case to case basis. If there was indeed a mistake or problem with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me asap and I'd be more than happy to accept returns or resolve any issue and refund your money to you:) Happy customers make me a happy person. Items must be returned in their original condition-which means smooshing them in any box and having them arrived in a crumpled ball of tulle won't work.
